BISE Lahore Restricts Online Distribution of Past Exam Paper

In a formal notification, the Controller of Examinations warned that individuals caught posting old or guess papers online will face legal consequences under the PECA Act, which includes fines and possible imprisonment.
School principals and administrators have been informed about the restriction due to increasing concerns over the widespread circulation of past papers on WhatsApp and other online platforms by teachers from both public and private institutions.
According to the new policy, violators could be subjected to penalties of up to Rs. 50,000 and imprisonment for a maximum of three years. The Bise Lahore Board has reiterated its commitment to safeguarding the integrity of the examination system by preventing unauthorized distribution of past papers.
