Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur, AJK, is set to conduct the renewal of affiliation for private schools and colleges with AJK Board for the academic session 2024-26. Prospective candidates are advised to take note of the BISE AJK Schedule Private Educational Institutes Affiliation 2024-26 for a smooth affiliation process. Here are the key details:

Application Submission Deadlines:

Educational institutes applying for affiliation for the first time should submit their forms by the final date of 31-01-2024.

For the renewal of affiliation, institutes can submit their application forms by the last date of 31-03-2024.

Government Approval Requirements:

• The desired educational institute must attach the approval or renewal of approval from the Chairman of the Private Schools Registration Authority, Muzaffarabad, with their application forms.


• For college affiliation, approval or renewal of approval from the Chief Administrator of Education Colleges, Muzaffarabad, must be included with the application forms.


• For the renewal of affiliation for already affiliated colleges with secondary and higher secondary classes, only the renewal of approval from the Chief Administrator of Education Colleges, Muzaffarabad, is required.

Inspection Fee Details:

a.         For the first inspection of colleges and schools, a fee of Rs.25,000/- will be charged, and subsequent renewals will cost Rs.12,000/-.

b.         Educational institutes with medical technology programs will pay an inspection fee of Rs.35,000/- for the first time and a renewal fee of Rs.22,000/- annually. If they have separate buildings, an additional fee of Rs.12,000/- will be charged for each building.

c.         The inspection fee can be deposited in any HBL branch within the AJK limits, and the original challan forms must be attached to the application forms.

d.         Affiliation fees are non-refundable.

e.         At the time of the first affiliation, an endowment fund as a guarantee must be deposited in the boards account according to the following schedule:

1.         For High Schools: Rs.50,000/-

2.         For Inter Colleges or Higher Secondary Schools: Rs.110,000/-

3.         For institutes with medical technology: Rs.160,000/-

Requirements for Affiliation:

Educational institutes must provide complete information regarding building, grounds, furniture, library, laboratory, syllabus, teachers, finances, facilities for employees, cooperation with the board, cancellation of affiliation, affiliation set, change in the institutes name after restoration of affiliation, classrooms, laboratories, and grounds, especially for FSc Medical Technology groups.
