BIEK Postpones May 28 Intermediate Exams 2025

Karachi, May 26, 2025 –Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has officially announced that the intermediate examinations set for Wednesday, May 28, 2025, have been postponed following the Government of Sindh’s declaration of a public holiday on account of Youm-e-Takbeer. The decision was made under the instructions of BIEK Chairman Ghulam Hussain Sohoo to accommodate the unexpected holiday and to ensure students and staff observe the national significance of the day without academic disruptions.

Updated Exam Timings

As per the revised schedule:

The Botany Paper-I for students of both old and new course syllabi, including those reappearing, originally planned for the morning session from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on May 28, will now take place on Friday, May 30, 2025, during the same time slot.

The English Narial Paper-I for fresh candidates and English Advanced Paper-I for repeat candidates, previously scheduled for the afternoon session from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, have been rescheduled to May 30, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Students are urged to take note of the updated exam dates and prepare accordingly. BIEK has assured that all logistical and administrative preparations will be adjusted to accommodate the new date sheet.
