The updated fee details are applicable to candidates applying for the pakka certificate on the same day during office hours.

Revised Fee Structure for Pakka Certificate:

Candidates applying for the pakka certificate on the same day within office hours will be subject to a fee. However, its important to note that the board will not levy fees on students applying for the ordinary certificate, which will be issued within 15 days. Certificate Types and Associated Fees:

1.         Ordinary Pakka Certificate Issued within 15 days:

• No fee will be charged.


• Only Rs.100/- will be collected as the form fee.

2.         Urgent Pakka Certificate Issued on the same date:

• Fee: Rs.1000/-


• Ordinary and Urgent Duplicate Certificate:


• Fee: Rs.5000 including the form fee

3.         Certificates with Special Fee:

• Fee: Rs.3000 including the form fee

4.         Departmental Verification of Certificate:

• Fee: Rs.1000/-


• Form Fee: Rs.700/-


• Postal Charges: Rs.300/-
