BIEK HSC Part-I Annual Exams Form & Fee Sub Notice 2025
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has issued a notice for the collection of enrolment forms and fee submission for the HSC Part-I Annual Examinations 2025. All private recognized and affiliated intermediate colleges and higher secondary schools in the Karachi region are instructed to submit enrolment forms for students enrolled in science, commerce, humanities, home economics, physical education, medical technology, and special programs.
The enrolment forms must be submitted faculty-wise with an enrolment fee of Rs. 2,100 per candidate, along with a consolidated Pay Order addressed to the Secretary of BIEK. The forms should be accompanied by a list of students in quadruplicate four copies, clearly indicating admission cases and re-admission cases from other boards.
The submission schedule for affiliated institutions is set from Monday, 25th November 2024, to Monday, 30th December 2024. Institutions must then submit these forms to the Board Office Accounts Section by Friday, 3rd January 2025, with a Pay Order prepared by Tuesday, 31st December 2024.
Important dates and adherence to guidelines are emphasized, as incomplete forms will not be accepted. This structured schedule is crucial for institutions to ensure timely registration for their students.
