BIEK Final Dates for HSC 2025 Exam Form Submissions

If youre a private student from Commerce or Humanities groups who didn’t clear the Supplementary Exams 2024, the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi BIEK has issued a fresh notice for the submission of examination forms for the 2025 HSC Annual Exams.

This notification includes all previously failed or left-over students who want to appear this year. Heres a breakdown of the schedule and applicable fees:

Submission Windows & Charges:

Regular Fee Period No Late Fee:
April 9 – April 14, 2025
Rs. 3100 one part | Rs. 5100 both parts

First Late Fee Window +Rs. 500:
April 15 – April 21, 2025
Rs. 3600 one part | Rs. 5600 both parts

Final Submission Period +Rs. 1000 Late Fee:
April 22 – May 15, 2025
Rs. 4100 one part | Rs. 6100 both parts

Students should pay the fee via UBL Bank account number UBL-CMA-252536951, only at the booth available at the BIEK office. Payment confirmation must be retained for verification.

Submissions after May 15 will not be accepted under any circumstances. Also, incomplete forms or unpaid challans will result in cancellation of enrollment without any refund.
