AJK State Talent Scholarship 2025 Eligibility & Steps

The government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK has announced the State Talent Scholarships for the academic year 2024. These scholarships are available to students who have appeared in the annual exams held in 2024 and are enrolled in any government or private educational institution within AJK. The scholarships will be granted solely on the basis of merit, encouraging students to showcase their academic achievements. Eligibility Requirements for Applicants
Students from all educational institutions, including government, semi-government, and private schools, colleges, and universities, are eligible to apply for the AJK State Talent Scholarship. The scholarship is open to students at various educational levels, such as primary, middle, secondary, intermediate, BS, MA, MSc, MPhil, and Ph.D. The final date for submission of applications is February 28, 2025.
Minimum Marks Required for Different Levels
he following minimum marks are required for eligibility based on the level of education:
Primary, Middle, or Elementary: 90%
Matriculation Board Exams: 85%
Intermediate Board Exams: 80%
BA/BSc, MA/MSc, MS, or Ph.D.: 70%
To continue receiving the scholarship, students must maintain at least 60% marks in their exams. Any false or misleading information will lead to the confiscation of certificates and degrees. Only regular students are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Who Cannot Apply?
The scholarship 2025 is not available to the following categories:
Government employees
Students enrolled in weekend classes, distance learning programs, or as private candidates
Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be processed, and only completed forms will be accepted.
Required Documents and Application Procedure
Applicants need to submit the following documents along with the completed application form:
The application form, duly attested
Receipt of a PKR 100 deposit into the designated bank account
A cover letter from the head of the educational institution
Copies of the Certificate of Citizenship Class-I, passport-sized photograph, result card, and CNIC or B-form
For professional course students, results from the last two semesters must also be submitted
Steps to Submit the Application
Application forms are available for download on the National Banks website.
A payment of PKR 100 must be deposited into the account number 0109000232321573 at United Bank, Chhattar, 2 Mile Branch, Muzaffarabad.
The completed application form, along with all required documents, must be submitted through the head of the institution with an attested cover letter.
Applications should be sent to the Secretariat Higher Education, Block-10, Secretariat Complex, Chhattar 2 Mile, Muzaffarabad, and must arrive by February 28, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
