AJK Employee Welfare Fund Scholarship 2025 Full Scholarships

AJK Employee Welfare Fund and Group Insurance Trust are offering full scholarships to the children of employees working in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations. These scholarships are available for the children of active, retired, and deceased employees who are enrolled in classes starting from Class 6 and above. Interested applicants can submit their applications by March 25, 2025. The scholarship is open to students in Class 6-8, Matric, Intermediate, BS, and MS. To be eligible for this scholarship 2025, employees may apply on behalf of up to three children who meet the following criteria:

The child must have secured at least 60% marks in Class 5 or higher exams, including technical or religious education, and must be enrolled in a higher class.

For those pursuing professional courses, a minimum of 50% marks is acceptable, provided they have obtained at least 60% in Matriculation or FSc.

Employees wishing to apply must complete the prescribed scholarship application form, which should be attested by the head of the institute. The form must then be submitted through the respective department heads. Applications can be sent to the address specified in the official advertisement.

Applicants should attach the following documents along with their application:

A copy of the student’s CNIC or B-Form.

A copy of the CNIC of the parent or guardian.

A December 2020 computerized salary slip for in-service employees.

A copy of the result card issued by the relevant board or university Note: result cards printed from the internet will not be accepted.

The last date to submit applications for the scholarship is March 25, 2025.
