AIOU Free Education for Marginalized Pakistanis

Islamabad, Allama Iqbal Open University has achieved another milestone in their mission of distance learning education program. The university has developed the special education program for the dropped out girls, visually impaired students, transgender and the prisoners. The university has offered the admissions to the students to start their education and they can pursue their educational career and they can get higher education and can become responsible and respectable citizen of the society.
The students of these categories are advised to send their admission forms latest by 10 October 2018. They will also get the fee concession and scholarships during their education, which can help them in meeting the financial hardships. The university launched the program with the objective to provide free education to the transgender community across the country. The VC of the university said that these facilities will enhance the living standard and it will create awareness among the population of the society. The university has received the encouraging response from these communities of the society and they are taking interest in getting education.
